Capturing Real Stories and Live Moments with Cinematic Craft
Event Coverage & Documentary Production in Toronto
Your event happens once. The keynote, the standing ovation, the crowd. You can't call "cut" and run it again. We show up with a plan, the right crew, and the instinct to capture the moments that matter before they're gone.
Prepared for the unpredictable
Pre-event planning, multi-camera setups, wireless audio, speaker and attendee interviews, same-day social edits, and a polished recap film delivered after the event. We cover conferences, galas, product launches, and trade shows across Canada.
Extend the life of every event
A great event deserves more than a photo gallery. We turn live moments into cinematic content: highlight reels for social, recap films for stakeholders, speaker clips for thought leadership, and sizzle reels that sell next year's tickets.
Common questions about event video production
- Can you deliver same-day edits during the event?
- Yes. We regularly produce same-day highlight clips for social media, typically 30–60 second cuts delivered within hours of capture. It's a great way to build momentum while the event is still happening.
- How many cameras do you bring to an event?
- It depends on the scale. A small panel or keynote might need two cameras. A multi-stage conference or gala typically calls for three to five, plus a roaming operator for candid moments. We plan the setup based on your venue and agenda.
- What's the difference between event coverage and a documentary?
- Event coverage captures what happened: the highlights, the energy, the key moments. A documentary goes deeper. It follows a subject, builds a narrative arc, and tells a story over time. We do both, and many projects blend the two.
- Do you travel for events outside Toronto?
- Absolutely. We've covered events across Canada and internationally. Travel logistics are part of pre-production. We handle crew, gear transport, and on-site coordination so you don't have to.
